We carry a wide range of KEB frequency inverters, including the KEB COMBIVERT F5, G6, S6 and F6 series. A complete list of our product range can be found on our product page and in the sidebar navigation. We have up to 1,000 KEB frequency inverters available directly from stock.

Are the KEB frequency inverters on your website available for immediate delivery?

Yes, fast availability of KEB inverters is one of our greatest advantages. All products shown as "in stock" on our website are physically in our warehouse and can be shipped within 24 hours.

Do you also sell spare parts and accessories for KEB frequency inverters?

Yes, we offer a large selection of original spare parts and accessories, including IGBT modules, fans, EMC line filters, braking resistors and much more. These items are also usually available immediately.

Are the KEB frequency inverters offered new or refurbished?

We exclusively offer original KEB frequency inverters in new condition directly from the manufacturer. Some rare models that are no longer produced by the manufacturer, e.g. models of the KEB COMBIVERT F4 frequency inverter, are available as refurbished, technically tested devices with full functional warranty.

How long does shipping take?

Since we keep most of our products in stock, we often ship orders the same day if received before 2 PM. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our KEB products throughout Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 11.90 EUR. Shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. For international shipments, costs depend on the destination country – these are displayed at checkout or provided on request.

Can I buy on invoice as a business customer?

Yes, purchase on invoice is available for business customers.

Where can I find technical data sheets and manuals for the various KEB frequency inverters?

The technical data sheets and operating manuals can be found directly on the respective category page for download. If you cannot find a specific document, please contact us.

Are the KEB inverters pre-configured or do I need to parameterise them myself?

All KEB frequency inverters are delivered by us in factory default condition. You can configure the inverter individually according to your system parameters and use it directly.

Do you offer technical support for commissioning?

What should I do if a KEB frequency inverter displays an error?

The device manual contains a list of error codes and their meanings. We also provide a dedicated error code page with possible solutions. If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself, our technical support is available by phone or our repair service can service your device.

Do you offer a repair service for defective KEB inverters?

Yes, we offer a professional repair service for KEB devices. Our technicians inspect, diagnose and repair devices of all common series. After the analysis, you will receive a detailed fault report and a precise cost estimate for the repair. You will receive a 12-month warranty on your repaired device.

Warranty & Guarantee

How long is the warranty on new devices?

New devices carry the statutory warranty period of 24 months.

What does the warranty cover?

The 24-month warranty on new devices covers material and manufacturing defects – damage caused by improper use or external influences is excluded.

When does the warranty expire?

If the device has been opened, modified or improperly installed.

How is the guarantee regulated?

We comply with the statutory provisions regarding the guarantee. Should a defect occur, please contact us directly.

Are returns or exchanges possible?

Unused devices can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us for the return process.

How does a return work?

If you wish to return your ordered goods, please inform us in writing by letter, fax or email with a clear declaration. We will then provide you with the cancellation form as a PDF download. After receiving your declaration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours. You must then return the goods to us as soon as possible.
