We exclusively offer original KEB frequency inverters in new condition directly from the manufacturer. Some rare models that are no longer produced by the manufacturer, e.g. models of the KEB COMBIVERT F4 frequency inverter, are available as refurbished, technically tested devices with full functional warranty.

Since we keep most of our products in stock, we often ship orders the same day if received before 2 PM. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
We ship our KEB products throughout Europe.
Within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 11.90 EUR. Shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. For international shipments, costs depend on the destination country – these are displayed at checkout or provided on request.

The device manual contains a list of error codes and their meanings. We also provide a dedicated error code page with possible solutions. If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself, our technical support is available by phone or our repair service can service your device.
Yes, we offer a professional repair service for KEB devices. Our technicians inspect, diagnose and repair devices of all common series. After the analysis, you will receive a detailed fault report and a precise cost estimate for the repair. You will receive a 12-month warranty on your repaired device.
Warranty & Guarantee
New devices carry the statutory warranty period of 24 months.
The 24-month warranty on new devices covers material and manufacturing defects – damage caused by improper use or external influences is excluded.
If the device has been opened, modified or improperly installed.
We comply with the statutory provisions regarding the guarantee. Should a defect occur, please contact us directly.
Unused devices can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us for the return process.
If you wish to return your ordered goods, please inform us in writing by letter, fax or email with a clear declaration. We will then provide you with the cancellation form as a PDF download. After receiving your declaration, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours. You must then return the goods to us as soon as possible.
