Efficient, competent, transparent – this is what sets our KEB maintenance and repair service apart. As an official partner of KEB with over 25 years of experience , we also guarantee a seamless repair process – from the request to the return of your device.
Your repair request with KEB Service follows these steps:
Submit a non-binding request for a repair cost estimate using our inquiry form. Please provide all relevant details about your KEB product.
Once we receive your request, we will send you a written confirmation via email containing all the details you provided, such as the item and serial number and the description of the fault. Please securely package your KEB product and include the printed confirmation with the shipment.
Once we receive your device, our experienced staff will inspect your product. During this inspection, our technicians will identify the defects and determine the exact repair requirements of your KEB product.
Based on our analysis and inspection, we will create a detailed cost estimate for the repair or maintenance of your KEB device. This will transparently inform you about the costs and the scope of the necessary repair.
Based on the cost estimate, you can either commission the repair or decide against it. The quickest way is to inform us of your decision in writing via email. If you decide against the repair, a flat fee of €70 will be charged for the work already completed.
We will repair or maintain your device and finally return your fully refurbished KEB product securely packaged and in perfect condition, ready for use.
With us, you also receive a 12-month warranty on your repaired KEB device.
