Order acceptance

The following general terms and conditions of business of Industrie-Service Argauer GmbH

Orders can be placed in writing, by telephone, by fax or, in the case of Internet orders, by e-mail. The corresponding addresses can be found under point 1 ( contractual partner ).

An order is deemed to have been accepted after the supplier has issued an order confirmation to the customer, stating the general terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

The customer is liable for incorrect deliveries due to transmission errors in the case of telephone / verbal orders.

To avoid misunderstandings, please order in writing ( fax, post, Internet ), stating the article no.,

Cancellation of an order

If we do not receive the requested amount within 14 days of the request (bank transfer in advance for mail order items or in cash for items made available for collection), your order will be automatically canceled.

A written cancellation by the buyer is not required.

Withdrawal policy

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

You (buyer) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you (buyer) or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods which the consumer (buyer) has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you (buyer) or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your (buyer's) decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal form is available for download as a PDF document at Withdrawal form. If you (buyer) make use of this option, we (seller) will send you (buyer) a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation within 24 hours (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you (buyer) send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you (Buyer) withdraw from this contract, we (Seller) shall reimburse to you (Buyer) all payments received from you (Buyer), including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your (Buyer) choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us (the Seller)), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we (Seller) receive your (Buyer) notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we (seller) will use the same means of payment that you (buyer) used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you (buyer); in no case will you (buyer) be charged any fees for this repayment. We (seller) may refuse repayment until we (seller) have received the goods back or until you (buyer)
have provided proof that you (buyer) have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You (buyer) must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you (buyer) notify us (seller) of the cancellation of this contract to the shipping address

to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you (buyer) send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You (buyer) shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You (the buyer) shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. In addition, you (the buyer) can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods like an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.

Prices

All prices published on the Internet at www.shop-isadrive.de are non-binding guide prices (sales prices) including statutory VAT (currently 19% in Germany).

We reserve the right to reduce or increase prices without informing the customer in advance.

Distributor conditions can only be granted on presentation of appropriate evidence ( business registration ).

A dealer status already granted can be revoked immediately if the required conditions are no longer met.

For all items on offer, the offer price is generally the cheapest alternative.
Offers are only valid for the period shown.
Discount scales do not apply to offers.

General

Goods are always shipped as an insured UPS package.

All invoices are issued and billed in "EURO" ( € ).

Delivery to third countries is made without VAT (currently 19% in Germany).

Jurisdiction
