3. Scope of Application

All orders are processed exclusively in accordance with the following General Terms and Conditions of Industrie-Service Argauer GmbH. Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer shall not be recognised unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

4. Order Acceptance

Orders can be placed in writing, by telephone, fax or via the internet. Contact details are listed under Section 1 (Contractual Partner).

An order is deemed accepted once the seller has issued the buyer with an order confirmation.

The buyer is liable for incorrect deliveries resulting from transmission errors in telephone or verbal orders. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend placing orders in writing, stating the article number, article description, desired quantity and full address.

5. Deliveries Outside Germany

Deliveries outside Germany are available exclusively to business customers with a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID). Private individuals residing outside Germany are excluded from purchasing.

Deliveries to EU countries are made net of German VAT, provided a valid VAT ID of the buyer is on file.

6. Order Cancellation

If the required payment is not received within 14 days of the request, the order will be automatically cancelled. A separate written cancellation by the buyer is not required in this case.

7. Prices

All prices published on www.isadrive.de are net prices plus statutory VAT (currently 19% in Germany), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice.

Dealer conditions can only be granted upon presentation of appropriate documentation (business registration). Dealer status already granted may be revoked if the required conditions are no longer met.

Offers are valid exclusively for the stated period. Volume discounts do not apply to special offers.

8. Payment Methods

For private customers:
PayPal, Credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Prepayment

For business customers:
Purchase on account, PayPal, Credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Prepayment

All invoices are issued and settled in Euro (€).

9. Shipping

Shipping is carried out either by UPS or as a personal direct delivery by our courier service.

UPS Standard – Delivery within 1–3 working days
Germany: €10.00 net | free shipping from €50.00 order value
EU countries: €30.00 net

UPS Express Saver – Next working day delivery by end of day
Germany: €30.00 net (fixed price, no free shipping)
EU countries: €120.00 net

UPS Express – Next working day delivery by 12:00 noon
Germany: €50.00 net (fixed price, no free shipping)
Delivery within Germany only

Direct delivery (courier service) – Personal same-day delivery
Delivery within Germany only
Up to 100 km: €200.00 net
Up to 200 km: €400.00 net
Up to 400 km: €800.00 net
Up to 600 km: €1,200.00 net

10. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Business customers and entrepreneurs have no right of withdrawal.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail):

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute settlement proceedings.

13. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction and performance for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is, insofar as the buyer is a registered merchant, legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the registered office of the seller (Extertal). For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
